La matière est d’abord venue infuser dans mes mains par l’encre et le papier. Progressivement, des mots se sont effacés au profit d’odeurs, de sons, de courbes et enfin d’argiles. Mon travail s’articule autour de protocoles de répétition du geste, ne venant plus chercher le verbe mais au contraire l’informulable. Par cette esthétique, j’aime questionner le langage et la communication. C’est pour ces raisons que je me sens très proche des personnes en situation de handicap mental et des chevaux. Alors, la création participative me permet de découvrir et de partager la force de ce que peut transmettre un souffle, la position de notre corps, un dos qui se courbe, le clignement d’un oeil…

Matter first pervaded my hands through ink and paper. Gradually, words faded into smells, sounds, curves and eventually clay. My work revolves around the repetition of an action, no longer seeking the verb but rather the inexpressible. This aesthetic is the instrument through which I seek to question language and communication and it is why I feel very close to horses and people with mental disabilities. Collective creation then helps me discover and share the strength communicated by breath, the position of our body, the curve of our back or the blink of an eye…
